Managing Director
TS. MOHD FAIRUS BIN MOHAMAD YUSUF
A Professional Technologist with over 20 years of leadership experience in plantation development, agricultural engineering, mechanization and sustainable agro infrastructure. He leads strategic agricultural initiatives at FELCRA Plantation Services, drawing on expertise in GIS and drone technology, agro processing, environmental compliance and rural economic development. He is committed to innovation and sustainability in Malaysia’s agricultural sector.
1. Head of Finance & Management Services Department
  ZITA BINTI SURADI
  An experienced professional overseeing financial and management services, including financial administration, corporate management, budgeting, resource planning and organizational support. She promotes sound financial management, effective governance and efficient operations in support of the company’s strategic objectives.
2. Head of Microbiome Agritech Department
  NURUL HAYATI BINTI SAMSUDIN
  An experienced microbiologist specializing in the mass production of biofertilizers for sustainable crop production and soil health. She supports the development and application of biological solutions that improve plant growth and soil productivity while advancing sustainable agricultural practices.
3. Head of Chemical Laboratory & Sampling Services Department
  CHM EZAIDA BINTI ABDOLLAH
  A Chartered Chemist and IKM Registered Chemist (M/6264/6050/11/22) experienced in agricultural laboratory management, analytical testing, quality assurance, and soil and leaf sampling. She leads Makmal Kimia Pertanian FPS, overseeing operations, technical competency, analytical services and quality management. The laboratory holds MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation.
4. Head of Paddy Seed Centre Department
  MOHD FIKRI BIN ROSLAN
  An experienced professional responsible for overseeing paddy seed centre operations, seed production, quality management, and related agricultural activities. A Member of the Malaysian National Seed Association, with active involvement in supporting the development, quality assurance, and advancement of Malaysia’s seed industry. Focused on ensuring the availability of high-quality paddy seeds while promoting improved crop productivity, sustainable paddy cultivation, and efficient seed management practices.
5. Head of Agricultural Engineering & Consultancy Department
  MOHD ZULHILMI BIN MOHAMMAD ZAKARIA
  An agricultural engineering professional delivering engineering solutions and technical consultancy to improve plantation productivity. His work covers infrastructure planning, mechanization, soil and topographical assessments, and estate due diligence. He has extensive experience in GIS mapping and geospatial analysis, producing digital plantation maps for land management, boundary verification, resource planning and decision making. He applies digital mapping technologies to plantation operations and sustainable agricultural development.
6. Head of Sales & Marketing Department
  MOHD KHAIRUL ANWAR BIN MOHAMAD SHUHAIMI
  An experienced marketing professional responsible for marketing strategy, business development and market engagement. He focuses on strengthening market presence, expanding business opportunities, building customer relationships and supporting the company’s commercial growth.
